Ingredients

  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 188 g oat biscuits/cookies
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Approximately 150 ml plant-based milk
  • 60 g finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 bar sugar-free chocolate
  • Optional: extra peanut butter and chopped peanuts for topping

Method

Prepare Your Ingredients

Measure out all ingredients in advance. Crush the oat biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Add the chopped peanuts and stir well.
