This Chocolate & Strawberry Protein Dessert Cup is creamy, crunchy, refreshing, and surprisingly easy to make. Perfect for warm summer days, an afternoon treat, or whenever you're craving something sweet but still want to keep things a little more balanced.

The star of the recipe is WILL's Vegan Protein Chocolate, which pairs perfectly with the sweetness of strawberry jam, the crunch of oat biscuits, and a rich chocolate topping. The result is a layered dessert that's light, satisfying, and almost too easy to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of oat biscuits/cookies
  • 1 carton vegan whipping cream
  • 1 serving WILL's Vegan Protein Chocolate
  • Strawberry jam
  • 1 bar sugar-free chocolate

Method

Prepare Everything

For the best texture, place the vegan whipping cream in the refrigerator and allow it to chill thoroughly before starting. While it cools, prepare the remaining ingredients and choose your serving glasses or dessert bowls.

 Make the Protein Cream

Whip the chilled vegan cream until it reaches a light and creamy consistency. Add one serving of WILL's Vegan Protein Chocolate and mix until smooth and fully combined.

The result should be a rich, silky chocolate protein cream.

 Prepare the Remaining Layers

Crush the oat biscuits into small crumbs. These will provide the crunchy texture that balances the creamy layers. Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free chocolate over a double boiler and set aside until needed.

 Layer the Dessert

Start by adding a layer of crushed oat biscuits to the bottom of your glass. Spoon a layer of chocolate protein cream on top, followed by a layer of strawberry jam. Repeat the process with another layer of biscuit crumbs and protein cream. Continue layering until your glass is filled.

Finish with Chocolate

Pour the melted sugar-free chocolate over the top of each dessert cup. Place the desserts in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set into a delicious crunchy topping.
